Social security labor manual

You can't pay social security to employees without a labor manual.

If you want to pay social security for employment, you need to go to the labor bureau to register your employment status and get a labor manual. Then after the information is stored in the computer of the labor bureau, the unit can pay social security.

The materials required for the Labor Manual are as follows:

1, my ID card or social security card;

2. Household registration book;

3. Two two-inch ID photos of myself;

4. If you don't continue your studies, you must have a diploma;

5. In case of special circumstances, other relevant certification materials shall be submitted;

6. Fill in the personal basic information form and labor registration form. If you apply at your place of residence, you need to show an application form (receipt) for residence registration of people with separated household registration in this city.

The state raises social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.

The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.

Article 6 The State exercises strict supervision over social insurance funds.

The State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish and improve the supervision and management system of social insurance funds to ensure the safe and effective operation of social insurance funds.

People's governments at or above the county level shall take measures to encourage and support all sectors of society to participate in the supervision of social insurance funds.
