Article 21 of the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Basic Medical Insurance, the part of the basic medical insurance premium paid by the employer shall be credited to the personal account according to the following standards:
Employees under the age of 35 are credited to personal accounts at 0.8% of their monthly salary base;
(2) Employees over the age of 35 and under the age of 45 shall be transferred to personal accounts at 1% of their monthly salary base;

When the standards listed in the preceding paragraph need to be adjusted according to social and economic development and fund revenue and expenditure, the municipal labor and social security administrative department shall, jointly with the municipal finance department, put forward an adjustment plan, which shall be promulgated and implemented after being approved by the Municipal People's government.
