What materials does Beijing social security need?

The company needs the following materials to handle social security: 1. Original and photocopy of business license, certificate of approval for establishment or other approved practice certificates; 2. The original and photocopy of the unified code certificate of the organization; 3. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative; 4. Social insurance registration form (which can be collected at the window and needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
