After the insured person clicks into the online social insurance comprehensive service hall, follow the steps and finally "submit".

Take "changing the payment grade of pension insurance" for flexible employees as an example: log in to the online service hall, click "Personal Online Business", click "Change the payment grade of personal business", then select the grade in the drop-down box of pension insurance payment grade, and finally click "Save".

Through the "online service hall", the insured can also inquire and change some personal insurance information, such as contact number and home address. When the insured encounters a problem, write the problem clearly and indicate the expected time of solution, and the social security staff will give a timely reply.

Unit users can handle the payment of wages, the increase or decrease of insured personnel, the change of information of insured employees, and the declaration of overdue payment through the online service hall.

Both individuals and companies must apply for a user name and password before handling related matters in the "online service hall". Take an individual as an example. First, you should download the application form and commitment letter in the online service hall, fill it out and bring your ID card to the social security office in your jurisdiction. User name and password can be used for a long time.
