3. If there is an agreed payment period and it is necessary to review the file, you must provide your personal file.

Third, the application method

1, one-stop service window. After handling the unemployment registration in the street labor and social security office, those who meet the application conditions through computer system audit can apply for unemployment insurance benefits in the "one-stop" window;

2. Deal with it at the bank window. Handle it at the bank window entrusted by the social security agency;

3, social security window for. Among them, the disabled registered in the municipal and district disabled persons' federations, who need to confirm the deemed payment period, need to review the files, and others who meet the conditions and cannot be handled at the "one-stop" service window or bank window, must go to the social security window.

Fourth, reimbursement standards.

3. If an unemployed person dies during the receiving period, his survivors can apply for a one-time payment of funeral subsidies, pensions and unemployment insurance benefits that were not received in the current month.
