Personal social security certificate can be queried and printed through WeChat social security, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

Print 1 and click on the service through WeChat.

Open wechat and click on the service on my page.

2. Click on the city service.

Enter the page, and click the city service.

3. Click Social Security.

Click Social Security on the city service page.

4. Click Social Security Query.

On the Social Security page, click Social Security Query.

5. Click "Query and Print Personal Social Security Participation Certificate"

Click "Query and Print Personal Social Security Participation Certificate".

The legal basis is Article 85 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): If the employer refuses to issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
