Hengshui Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is an integral part of Hengshui Municipal People's Government.

Sun is the director of Hengshui Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

To implement the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee on human resources and social security, and to uphold and strengthen the Party's centralized and unified leadership over human resources and social security, the main responsibilities are:

(a) to formulate policies and plans for the development of human resources and social security in the city, draft normative documents on human resources and social security of the government and organize their implementation. Responsible for the city's human resources and social security publicity and public opinion research.

(two) to formulate the city's human resources market development planning and human resources service industry development, human resources flow policy, and promote the rational flow and effective allocation of human resources. Formulate personnel (excluding civil servants) deployment policies and special personnel placement policies according to management authority.
