In fact, the key to promoting the smooth development of social security collection and guiding people to actively participate in social security lies in the government itself. First of all, reduce the tax burden of enterprises, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, and let enterprises have enough profit space to buy social security for employees. Secondly, the government has increased the publicity of social security policies to win the trust of the people. Many people are reluctant to participate in social security, mainly because the government lacks credibility and does not believe that social security is a good policy. Finally, governments at all levels should increase social security investment and improve the social security system, especially to facilitate the identification and transfer of social security in different places, so that the social security system can really benefit the people and guarantee their old-age care and medical care.
