What conditions do foreigners need to buy a house in Changsha?

1. Customers who are not registered in this city and have not settled down will be restricted from buying 1 set of commercial housing with proof that they have paid personal income tax or social insurance for more than 24 months in Changsha. Newly settled, whether through the "22 New Policies for Talents in Changsha", college graduates can settle in "zero threshold".
