The conditions for buying a house in Gaoxin South District and Tianfu New District are clearer:

First, the purchaser has a household registration in Chengdu, Tianfu New District, or a household registration in Chengdu, Tianfu New District, but has a stable employment in the local area and has paid social security for more than 24 months.

Second, families with two or more registered residents in this city have no self-owned houses or only 1 set of self-owned houses in this city, or adult single households with registered residents and non-registered residents in this city have no self-owned houses in this city.

The time limit for the sale of housing is extended, and the newly purchased commercial housing or second-hand housing within the scope of this city must obtain the certificate of immovable property rights for 3 years before it can be transferred.

There are restrictions for parents to buy a house with adult children, and they are not allowed to buy a house as a separate family. If any family member buys a house within two years after divorce, the number of houses he owns shall be calculated according to the total number of houses before divorce.

Application rules: If the applicant is unable to attend the household registration business due to special reasons, he may entrust others to handle the household registration business with the Power of Attorney and the agent's ID card. Those who return to China to settle down, are released from prison, hold a diploma and move into an account must apply in person; Husband and wife must be present when applying for asylum; If a stepson (female) takes refuge with his stepfather (mother), the legal guardian and the stepfather (mother) who is responsible for raising him shall apply.

Basic materials: household registration book, ID card; Proof of legally stable residence at the place of entry (proof of kinship is also required for entering the immediate family's house; If you are an immediate family member, you also need to provide a household registration book and proof of family relationship; If you enter a collective household, you should provide the main home page and a blank inner page, and I have no place to put proof materials). Input location: In principle, input is made in the order of legally stable residence, unit collective household, talent flow service center and public collective household.

Venue: the district (city) and county public security accreditation center where the household registration is located. (Tianfu New District, Hi-tech Zone, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, chenghua district, Wuhou District and jinniu district can also go to the Public Security Accreditation Center of the Municipal Bureau. )
