Choose one of the following three addresses as the address for mailing the social insurance personal payment information statement: company address, address where my account is located, and address where I live.

In addition, in order to keep effective contact with retirees, it is suggested that retirees provide their household registration or residence address information to the insured units or street (town) social security offices.
