Social security can't be paid after applying for unemployment benefits.

There is a conflict between applying for unemployment benefits and social security. According to the regulations, it is not allowed to receive unemployment benefits and enjoy social security at the same time. According to Article 5 1 of the Social Insurance Law, when the unemployed receive unemployment insurance benefits, they will stop receiving unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits:

First, re-employment

Second, military service should be conquered.

Third, those who have emigrated.

Fourth, enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits.

Fifth, refuse to accept the job introduced or the training provided by the local people's government or institutions without justifiable reasons.
