There are no conditions for Xiamen hukou to buy a house in Xiamen.

Legal analysis: there is no Xiamen household registration to buy a house;

1. Families or individuals who are not registered in Xiamen and have paid social security or tax payment certificates in Xiamen for three consecutive years within four years, and have no real estate under their names, can purchase real estate below 180m (inclusive).

2. Support the headquarters enterprises and growth enterprises identified as "three high" enterprises in the team building of headquarters enterprises, and support the enterprises that pay taxes together to enjoy the housing security policy for key employees; Non-Xiamen household registration key employees who meet the conditions of paying individual income tax may purchase commercial housing in Xiamen with reference to the conditions of household registration personnel in this Municipality. Social insurance and personal income tax payment certificates must be paid continuously, and cannot be paid off or paid back halfway.

3. Those with bachelor degree or above, intermediate title or above, and skill certificate (professional qualification) (senior workers) can buy houses in four districts outside the island, with a purchase restriction of 1 set.

Legal basis: Article 4 of Xiamen City Housing Management Regulations can be bought, sold, inherited, divided, donated, exchanged, leased, mortgaged or used for other economic activities according to law.

The principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility should be followed when using houses to engage in civil and economic activities.
