Retiree Survival Certification

I. Scope of Certification: All retired and individual retirees of insured enterprises who have gone through the procedure of receiving basic pension are the objects of certification.

Second, the certification time: once a year: May 1 to June 30 (except legal holidays), Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Third, the authentication method:

(a) healthy, residing in the local personnel, shall be by the person with a valid ID card to the Social Insurance Services Hall (Tuqiao) Road, No. 16) for survival certification or their own home (Internet café) for online certification.

(2) For those who live in the local area and are unable to attend the survival certification in person due to illness, hospitalization, or inability to take care of themselves, their relatives should go to their units, communities, or hospitals to issue certificates, which will be sent to the Social Security Administration.

(3) Those who live in other places can be certified online. The prerequisite is that the place where the retired person is certified must have access to the Internet and camera equipment.

Fourth, note: overdue for survival certification of the personnel will be suspended from its basic pension, to be given after their participation in the survival of the certification of retroactive payment.
