Newborn social security photo requirements are as follows:

2. Image file requirements: digital photos are compressed images in jpg file format, the compression quality is sparse by 70 (the numerical value is 0- 100), the file capacity of general photos is between 14-20K, the image length and width specification is 44 1 pixel (height) 358 pixels (width), and the resolution is 30.

3. Head size and position: The portrait is horizontally centered in the rectangular frame of the photo, with a width of 207 soil 14 pixel, and the hair on the top of the head is 7 pixels to 2 1 pixel from the upper edge of the photo, and the lower edge of the photo is subject to the collarbone or shirt collar tip that has just been exposed.

Newborn social security processing flow:

1, prepare the child's ID photo;

2. Go to the Postal Savings Bank, Bank of Beijing or Bank of Communications to handle the special passbook for "one old and one small" medical insurance, with passbook 1 copy. Passbooks should be handled by one parent with an ID card, with the child's household registration book (book) and birth medical certificate. Minimum deposit 1 10 yuan (annual premium 100 yuan, it is recommended to deposit more than once);

3. Submit the materials to the Social Security Bureau, including the first page of the household registration book 1 copy (the first page of the collective account needs to be stamped with the company's red official seal), 3 copies of the first page of the child's own household registration book, 1 copy of the parents of the collective account, and 1 photo of the child's bareheaded development with a white background (two photos are required for those over 3 years old).

3. If the newborn is born within three months, the original and photocopy of the birth medical certificate shall be provided;

4. Postal Savings Bank (personal account settlement passbook) or debit card, or Bank of Beijing debit card (opening an account in the name of children);

5. Two one-inch bareheaded front color photos on a white background;

6, fill in the "Beijing urban residents basic medical insurance payment declaration form" in duplicate.

According to the regulations, newborns can directly enjoy outpatient reimbursement in the year when they are insured, otherwise they will have to pay for two years in a row to reimburse outpatient expenses. Although the enrollment in the second year does not exceed 90 days, the policy of enrollment as a newborn is from the date of birth. Otherwise, according to the unified enrollment cycle, the enrollment can only be from September to June every year +065438+ 10.

To sum up, under normal circumstances, newborns do not need photos to apply for social security cards. After the child is 6 years old, change it to a social security card with photos.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
