How to declare Hunan social security annual salary declaration form

1, first log in to Hunan social security fee declaration calculation management system, and enter the payment wage management and annual salary declaration download module. Warm reminder: after the system is upgraded, insurance download is required.

2. Select the query criteria and click Query. The reporting year is 2022. Then click the employee form to download the application.

3. Click on the employee form to download, and the Save File dialog box will pop up, which can be saved to the specified folder. Then enter the downloaded excle file and fill in the column of salary declaration. Pay attention to the low monthly salary.

4. Click on the payroll management, upload and import the annual salary declaration, select the year and insurance, click on the select file to upload to the server, select the corresponding file according to the insurance, and confirm the upload file, prompting that the upload is successful.
