How to handle the social security payment certificate of Shanghai unit? What is the distribution process?

Shanghai social security payment certificate can be processed through the "I want to pay taxes" module of official website Electronic Taxation Bureau. Please refer to the following for the detailed process and specific steps.

1. Log in to the electronic tax bureau and click "Social Security Fee Handling" in the menu bar "I want to do tax". Click "Certification" in the menu bar on the left, and a page will pop up on the right. Then click "Certification of social security fees paid by the company" to enter the processing page.

2. On the page of "Certificate of Social Security Payment by Company", select the payment period and click Query to find the corresponding payment details. Check the line to be issued and click Issue Certificate.

3. Support two printing methods, detailed printing and summary printing. Select a printing method, and then click OK. Select the details to be issued, and the system will issue certificates according to the query results; Select the summary to publish. If the payment period is continuous, the data with the same information such as company number and insurance type will be merged into one record.

4. After confirmation, click Print.
