If the lost ID card is fraudulently used, the owner of the ID card shall bear the responsibility, and the fraudulent user and relevant departments shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities. The Ministry of Public Security pointed out that when a citizen uses a resident ID card to prove his identity, all departments that use the relevant documents have the obligation to check the consistency of the person's ID card, and the relevant business can be handled for the holder only after it is confirmed. Specific process:
(1) If the bank is the same before and after the card change, I will report the loss to the employee medical insurance card service bank with my valid certificate, and the street labor security service center will accept the social security card application with the bank loss report notice and my valid certificate for 45 working days. After receiving the social security card and injecting capital, the amount in the original medical insurance card will be automatically transferred to the social security card without clearing it.
(2) If the card is not the same bank before and after the card change, then the social security card collection process is the same. However, the amount in the original medical insurance card will not be automatically transferred to the social security card, and a valid certificate is required to issue the Notice of Clearing the Employee's Medical Insurance Card at the social security sub-center of the insured place. With the notice and my valid certificate, go to the original employee medical insurance card service bank to cancel the medical insurance card.
Report the loss of the passbook as soon as possible to ensure the safety of the funds in the passbook. In this way, even if it falls into the hands of others, others will not be able to take the money from the passbook.
After reporting the loss, recall your memory and look for it again. If it is found within the reporting period, the declaration can be cancelled. If you can't find it, after the end of the reporting period, go through the formalities at the original bank with the original account holder's ID card. Show the depositor's ID card when reporting the loss, and it is best to remember the number or account number of the deposit slip. If you don't remember, use your ID card to tell the approximate time and amount of the deposit, and the bank can find it and handle the loss report and reissue the passbook.
