Within the legal working age (16 to the legal retirement age);

Did not apply for social insurance registration in Beijing (never paid social insurance, including four insurances and medical care);

Have applied for employment registration certificate and residence permit.

Step 2 move materials

(1) Copy of the insured's passport (one copy with official seal);

(2) Copy 1 copy of the above five materials, namely, Alien Employment Certificate, Alien Expert Certificate, Alien Resident Journalist Certificate, Beijing Work Residence Permit (for international students) and Alien Work Residence Permit (copy 1 copy with official seal);

(4) If the insured holds the Residence Permit for Overseas High-level Talents in Beijing or the Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners, it is not necessary to provide the contents in items (2) and (3);

(5) Insurance certificate issued by the agreement country (provided by foreigners who have signed bilateral or multilateral social insurance agreements with China);

(6) Table on the Increase of Social Insurance Insured Persons in Beijing (in duplicate, with official seal);

(7) Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form (in duplicate with official seal);

(8) Quotation document of enterprise version subsystem (five-risk integrated software).

Note: Chaoyang, Dongcheng and Fengtai need reservation numbers; Xicheng, Haidian and Shijingshan do not need reservation numbers.

3. Processing steps

The operation of increasing employees is provided through the software version of the enterprise version subsystem (five certificates in one).

Then bring the above information to the local social security bureau for review. After the on-site recruitment is approved, the temporary social security card of the insured person will be received on site (stamped with the steel seal of the social security center).

The social security card of the new insured person will be issued to the unit by the social security center through express delivery three months after handling the new insurance business.

The employing unit may, after handling the new insurance business for three months, hold the original social insurance registration certificate, the letter of introduction from the unit and the original ID card of the manager, and collect the medical insurance passbook for the insured at the designated outlets of Bank of Beijing from 25th to 30th of each month.
