Applicants need to apply for reimbursement first, and then submit the relevant application materials required for reimbursement. The place where the materials are submitted is that the insured needs the social security fund management of the insurance departments in each district.

After receiving the applicant's application for reimbursement, the acceptance department of the competent department shall review the application materials provided by the applicant within 5 days from the date of receiving the application materials to determine the final acceptance result.

If the application materials are incorrect or incomplete, the accepting department will inform the applicant and ask him to prepare the required materials at one time within 5 days. If there is a mistake, he will correct it.

The applicant shall complete it within 5 days from the date of receiving the supplementary notice. After the deadline, the applicant will not make any changes and the application will be withdrawn. If supplementary materials are completed within the time limit, they can re-apply within the validity period of medical insurance reimbursement.
