3. Demobilized veterans and demobilized cadres hold letters of introduction for resettlement issued by the civil affairs administrative department.

4. When employees retire (resign), they shall hold a retirement (resignation) approval form approved by the administrative department of human resources and social security.

5. If the on-the-job insured dies, he shall hold a cremation certificate and other death certificates.

After the above procedures are completed, the employer shall carry the Weifang Labor (Change) Filing Roster stamped with the special seal of Shouguang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the above corresponding procedures.
