Provisions of Zhongshan Municipality on Social Security Age

In all kinds of government documents related to households in Zhongshan City, the exact age of households is not clearly defined. But in practice, there is still an age limit, as we can know from the following documents:

1, Regulations of Zhongshan Municipality on the Management of Floating Personnel Points System (Zhongfu [20 14] 106)

Ninth migrant workers who have accumulated 60 points have paid social insurance premiums in Zhongshan last month at the time of application. Meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for points ranking within the legal working age.

(a) the applicant himself, his spouse or immediate family members have legal real estate in Zhongshan City, and the per capita housing area of the family is not lower than the housing security area standard stipulated by this Municipality;

(two) the applicant has a legal occupation in Zhongshan for three consecutive years (subject to continuous payment of social insurance and registration of residence or temporary residence).

Interpretation: This document still came into effect on 20 16, and it has not been abolished. It can be found on Zhongshan floating population information network. Article 9 stipulates that the applicant must be within the legal working age and must pay social security for three consecutive years in Zhongshan City. The legal working age in China is 16 to 60 years old. Then it is equivalent to limiting the minimum application age to 16+3= 19, and the maximum age cannot exceed 60.

2. Detailed Rules for the Management of the Floating Personnel Points System in Zhongshan City (Zhongfuban [2014] No.50)

Item 4 of Article 11: Migrant workers who have obtained the qualification to enter the household with points can apply to the town public security bureau where the real estate is located with the relevant materials such as the Notice of Entering the Household with points within three years, and their spouses, parents (excluding in-laws and in-laws) and minor children (including adoption) can move with them according to relevant regulations.
