(1) One-time payment. The average monthly salary of employees in this city in the above years is taken as the base, and the unit payment ratio is calculated by increasing 10% every year, and the payment period is specified.

(2) Pay the fees every month. Based on the average monthly salary of employees in this city in the above years, the payment period shall be paid in accordance with the prescribed unit payment ratio. If the application for monthly payment is converted into one-time payment, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of item (1) of this article.

(three) when the state-owned and collective units are closed, bankrupt, dissolved, transformed or revoked, they shall pay the medical insurance premium for retirees in one lump sum. The wholesale payment shall be calculated according to the provisions in Item (1) of this article.
