Must Beijing points be settled in social security continuously?

Legal analysis: the law stipulates that Beijing points must be settled continuously by social security.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Settlement of Points in Beijing. An applicant applying for settlement of points shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Holding the residence permit of this Municipality;

(2) Not exceeding the statutory retirement age;

(3) Having paid social insurance continuously in Beijing for 7 years or more;

(4) No criminal record.
