1. Scrapping procedures are as follows:

2. Legal basis: Article 3 of the Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers.

3. Men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous working experience of 10 years, and completely incapacitated by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee.
