1. Bring my ID card, photo and social security card to the local social security center;

2. Submit all the prepared materials to the social security center;

3. The social security center will complete the production within 15 working days after acceptance, and you can get a new social security card after completion.

In the process of reissuing the social security card, the insured person can use the receipt and the card replacement certificate as the medical certificate. Finally, it should be noted that if you want to change the photos, you must re-create the social security card, and because the re-creation of the card is caused by personal reasons, you need to pay the 20 yuan business card printing fee when changing.

The insured can get a new social security card after four working days from the date of submitting the electronic photo. If you need to see a doctor during the card replacement period, you need to bring a new card and proof of supplementing the social security card. All invoices and prescriptions must be kept, and the new card will be reimbursed according to the manual reimbursement process.
