What kind of unit will buy social security for employees?

Under normal circumstances, as long as it is an enterprise or company belonging to an employer, it should pay social security for its employees. The "employee" here refers to the person who has a factual labor relationship with his enterprise or company. Social insurance registration procedures shall be handled by various enterprises and enterprise-managed institutions at local social insurance agencies. It should be noted that the newly established unit shall go through the registration formalities within 1 month from the date of approval of the establishment of the unit.

What is social security?

Social security refers to old-age insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance, industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance, which is what people usually call "five insurances".
