If the payer has a branch in a different place, the branch shall generally apply for social insurance registration as an independent payer to the local social insurance agency.

The social security card of foreign registered permanent residence personnel can only be processed after the unit pays social security for the employees. At the counter of the local human resources and social security bureau, just bring the original ID card. The agent of social security card requires employees to provide a copy of ID card and a one-inch registration photo on a white background. After the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau submits the processing materials, they will retrieve the social security card and issue it to employees within 25 working days.
