You can query your own payment indicators by online query, social security window query and telephone query.

1. Online query

You can inquire through the local social security department official website, APP, WeChat official account or Alipay life number. On these platforms, you can enter your ID number and name, and then select the corresponding social security type and payment year to query the payment indicators.

2. Social security window query

You can go directly to the window of the local social security bureau to inquire. In the window, you can provide your ID card or other relevant documents to inform the staff of the payment index information that needs to be inquired. The staff will help you query and print the corresponding payment index information.

3. Telephone enquiry

You can call the customer service phone of the local social security department for inquiry. You can provide your own ID number and other related ID numbers on the phone, and then ask the customer service staff about the payment index. The customer service staff will help you inquire and inform you of the corresponding payment indicator information.
