The second way is that when you arrive in Shanghai, you submit an application for social security transfer at the social security center in Shanghai, and then the Shanghai social security center will dock with the Beijing side, and if the transfer conditions are met (which they generally are), you can directly transfer your social security to Shanghai.

There is no way to transfer your provident fund! Please note this!

If you are not a Beijing resident, you can apply for a withdrawal from your provident fund at the provident fund management center in Beijing with your ID card and proof of separation, and then go to the appropriate bank to withdraw cash with the withdrawal certificate issued by the provident fund management center!
