What level is the director of social security?

There is no administrative level. The section chief of the unit is the most basic management backbone and belongs to a management position. There are no grades in the grade sequence. Most of the first-level units with offices in national provincial and ministerial units are called departments, and most of the deputy-level units with offices are called departments, but there are exceptions. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Ministry of Personnel has a Planning and Finance Department, which consists of three departments. This department is a management post, and the departments in metre units are generally called departments.
