Can Sichuan Suining Pengxi Medical Insurance be reimbursed for the second time?

Reply from the Social Security Bureau: According to the second paragraph of the Notice on Adjusting the Medical Insurance Policy for Urban Employees (No.[20 12] 100), the medical expenses incurred by the insured in a medical insurance year (from July 1 day of that year to June 30 of the following year) are paid by the individual (including self-payment and conforming).

Before the end of September of the following year, the insured shall provide bills, statements and other related materials to commercial insurance companies undertaking large supplementary medical insurance, which shall be audited by commercial insurance companies undertaking large supplementary medical insurance and subsidized by social insurance agencies after the audit.
