Registration review and certification (only for the first registration of the company, others can be seen in social security or my Baidu space) process:
1. Bring the information and application form required for registration to the examination window of the registration office, submit the application for registration and accept the preliminary examination.
2. For the units that have passed the preliminary examination, the registration department will keep the relevant materials and forms and return the copy of the registration form signed by the social security handling personnel.
3. Check the social security registration certificate code and central reservation number password issued by Chaoyang Social Security Online Office within 0/5 days.
4. From 5th to 25th of each month, on normal working days, you can get the social security registration certificate at the designated window of the registration department with the original registration form returned, and return the registration form at the same time.
Materials:
1), original and photocopy of business license;
2) Original and photocopy of organization code certificate;
3) Copy of legal person ID card;
4) The user in basic account shall provide the original and photocopy of the bank account opening permit;
In addition to the license for opening an account, the unit that uses the general account shall also provide the application for opening an account for the unit's bank settlement account, the management agreement for RMB bank settlement account, and a copy of the seal card for the general account;
5) A4 copy of all materials, stamped with the official seal of the applicant.
Forms and electronic documents:
