Article 2 The scope of personnel participating in the basic medical insurance for urban residents in this Municipality:

(2) Registered students with non-agricultural household registration in this Municipality, enrolled in primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, secondary specialized schools, technical schools, secondary vocational and technical schools, special schools, reform schools and various ordinary institutions of higher learning (full-time academic education) within the administrative area of this Municipality, as well as non-school children, kindergarten children and scattered infants (hereinafter referred to as "students' children") who are under the age of 16 in the insurance payment year. Include the following personnel:

1. Full-time part-time students who have received general higher education in all kinds of full-time ordinary colleges and universities (including private colleges and universities) and scientific research institutes in this city;

2. School-age children of overseas Chinese receiving compulsory education in Beijing;

3. Students enrolled in Xinjiang classes and Tibet classes established in schools in this city with the approval of relevant state and municipal departments, and students enrolled in Beijing Tibet Middle School;

4 students with non-agricultural household registration in this city, studying in other provinces and cities and not participating in local free medical care or basic medical insurance;

5. Students with non-agricultural household registration in this Municipality studying abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

6 with the city's non-agricultural household registration, under the age of 22 college entrance examination repeat students;

7. Children of former educated youth in Beijing, children of school-age students in dependents, children of postdoctoral staff working in Beijing, children of Taiwanese businessmen and their employees (Taiwan compatriots) investing in Beijing, children of talents introduced from this city, and children of returned overseas students who meet the requirements of the education administrative department of this Municipality and enjoy tuition-free treatment;

8. Students and children whose parents have non-agricultural household registration in this city;

9. Children of persons who have obtained work residence permits in Beijing.
