This certificate has the same effect as a paper certificate.

Time for obtaining primary accounting certificate

Those who pass the examination of junior accountant can obtain the qualification certificate of junior accountant uniformly printed and issued by the Ministry of Personnel. The certificate is an accounting professional technical qualification certificate stamped by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Finance. The certificate is universal in the whole country, and there is no geographical restriction, but the time for obtaining the certificate is different in different provinces and cities in the country.
