4. The Pension Insurance Department of the Municipal Bureau shall review the materials reported by the enterprise and the retirement conditions of the employees, and after signing the opinions in the administrative audit column of the Enterprise Retirement (Post) Approval Form, transfer them to the retirement management office of the Municipal Social Security Bureau for review;

5. The Retirement Management Section of the Municipal Social Security Bureau is responsible for reviewing the employee files, the salary capped at the end of 1995, the payment period in the approval form for enterprise employees' retirement (post), the payment period over the years, the time for establishing individual accounts, the accumulated storage amount of individual accounts and the monthly basic pension standard, and returning to the Endowment Insurance Section of the Municipal Bureau for examination and approval after signing and sealing the "Opinion Column of the Social Security Audit Section";

6. The enterprise will send the approved Approval Form for Retirement (Post) of Enterprise Employees, the Basic Form for Retirement (Post) of Enterprise Employees and the Roster for Retirement (Post) of Enterprise Employees to the Retirement Management Section of Social Security Bureau for entry into the microcomputer, and will issue retirees' pensions in accordance with the regulations from next month, implement socialized distribution, and go through the formalities of entering the community management.

Retirement conditions are as follows:

1, normal retirement, male over 60 years old, female cadres over 55 years old, female employees over 50 years old, continuous service 10 years;

2. Early retirement is divided into three types: one is disabled due to work, and the other is unable to adhere to normal work due to illness or non-work reasons. Enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations that meet one of the following conditions shall retire.

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.
