Can I get married by paying social security?

Legal analysis: it is impossible for a company to find the object of marriage or divorce by paying social security. In the Social Security Bureau, you can only find the information of paying social insurance funds, but you can't find personal marital status. To check the marital status, you need to go to the marriage registration office of the Civil Affairs Bureau.

Social insurance mainly includes endowment insurance, industrial injury insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance and unemployment insurance (that is, we often say five insurances). According to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law, employers have the responsibility and obligation to participate in five insurances and one fund for employees' pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury, maternity insurance and housing provident fund (the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund stipulates that enterprises should participate in purchasing housing provident fund for employees). If the employer refuses to pay social security, the employee may complain to the social security bureau where the employer is located.

Article 4 Employers and individuals in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall pay social insurance premiums according to law, and have the right to inquire about payment records and personal rights and interests records, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services.

Article 57 An employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate.
