Thirty-eighth general length of service refers to the working hours of employees whose wages are their whole or main source of livelihood. When calculating the general length of service, it should include the length of service of the enterprise.

Article 39 The length of service of this enterprise shall be calculated according to the continuous working time of employees in this enterprise. If employees have left their jobs, it shall be calculated from the day when they returned to work in this enterprise for the last time. However, under any of the following circumstances, this restriction shall not apply:

Fourth, after liberation, if the employees are transferred to other enterprises by the enterprise management organ because of the suspension or reduction of production, the length of service of the enterprises before and after the transfer should be calculated continuously. When enterprises resume work or expand production, laid-off workers will still return to enterprises, and the length of service before and after the demobilization of enterprises should be calculated together.

Five, after the transfer, reorganization or merger of enterprises, the original employees are still in the enterprise, and the length of service before and after the transfer, reorganization or merger is continuously calculated.

Six, work-related injuries during the medical period, should be regarded as the enterprise to calculate the length of service.

7.
