According to the labor law, the internship period belongs to the category of labor services and is not restricted by labor laws and regulations. Do not sign labor contracts or pay social insurance.

The proportion of social security personal commitment and unit commitment is as follows:

1, basic old-age insurance: the unit pays 20% per month and the individual pays 8%;

2. Basic medical insurance: the unit pays 9% per month and the individual pays 2%;

3. Unemployment insurance: the unit pays 1.5%, and the individual pays 0.5% every month;

4. Work-related injury insurance: the unit pays 1% every month, and the individual does not need to pay;

5. Maternity insurance: the unit pays 1% every month, and the individual does not need to pay.

Social security base declaration process:

1, waiting for the notice from the Social Security Bureau. It is generally necessary to adjust the new social security base. There will be a formal notice in the relevant groups of the Social Security Bureau, and the Social Security Bureau will issue a formal red-headed document, which will be subject to the official document, instead of blindly adjusting the new base, so as not to affect the legitimate rights and interests of all employees;

2. Go to the Social Security Bureau to copy the relevant forms. After the formal notice, we have to confirm this base adjustment with the department heads. Then go to the corresponding window of the Social Security Bureau to copy the form. And print out the form;

3. Calculate the new social security base according to the document requirements. The document will inform the calculation method of the new base, and if it fails to reach the minimum level, it will be paid at the minimum level;

4. Inform employees to sign. After the new base is worked out, we will print out the copied form and inform them of the adjustment of the base according to the above-mentioned personnel list. If it's convenient, employees can confirm their own signatures; if it's inconvenient, consult them to sign on their behalf;

5. Prepare the personnel change table. If someone adds or subtracts the personnel change form in the current month, remember to prepare the personnel change form in advance and stamp it. Back up when reporting;

6. Social Security Bureau's new base declaration. Next, you can declare with the employee confirmation signature form, commitment letter and electronic version. The staff will calculate the new social security project payment according to the data imported from the electronic version, declare and copy the insurance details to you.

The beneficiary of personal pension can be the insured himself or the beneficiary designated by the insured. The insured can use the pension for his own pension treatment according to his own wishes, or designate the beneficiary to continue to receive the pension after the death of the insured.
