How to handle personal insurance in Foshan

1. I went to my original unit in Foshan to open a re-insurance application form (with official seal);

2. Take this form, social security card, ID card and its copy to the social security station where Foshan's original unit is located to go through the insurance transfer procedures, and give you a certificate of insurance payment and a list of payment;

3. If the social security is paid by an individual in Shenzhen, I will go to the local social security agency in Shenzhen to handle the transfer of social security relationship and personal social security account with the above information. If the enterprise is insured, the unit shall issue an application form for the transfer of insurance relationship (with official seal), and then I or the clerk of the unit shall go through the transfer formalities at the local social security agency. During this period, the transfer was completed by the social security leaders in Shenzhen and Foshan, and there was no need to run several times.
