Annual leave is calculated according to working years. The paid annual leave of employees is not calculated according to the length of service or payment period of the enterprise, but according to the accumulated working years of employees in different work units in the previous year. Can't enjoy the annual leave of the year:

3. Employees who have worked for more than 1 year but less than 10 year have taken sick leave for more than 2 months;
4. Employees who have worked/kloc-0 for more than 20 years have taken sick leave for more than 3 months;
5. Employees who have worked for more than 20 years have taken sick leave for more than 4 months. The employing unit shall, according to the specific conditions of production and work, and considering the wishes of the employees themselves, make overall arrangements for the annual leave of employees, which can be arranged centrally or by sections, but generally it should be arranged within 1 year.
To sum up, the employer will not interfere with the employee's vacation arrangement above this standard, but it should pay the employee 300% of the daily salary below the legal standard, except that the employee has not stopped work for personal reasons and promised to give up his vacation right in writing.
