Beijing Maternity Social Security Reimbursement Process

Beijing's maternity insurance expense reimbursement is divided into four parts: outpatient maternity examination fee, hospitalized birth fee (including family planning surgery fee), maternity allowance and late childbirth allowance. Note: The reimbursement of Beijing Maternity Insurance expenses must be processed within 3 months after delivery.

1. Hospitalization and delivery fees

There is no need to worry about hospitalization and delivery fees. For hospitalization medical fees incurred by insured workers, which should be paid by individuals, the designated medical institutions will settle the fees directly with the insured workers. Usually, the hospital will leave your social security card when you go through the hospitalization procedure, and the maternity service card will be used to reimburse the part of the expenses that will be deducted automatically at the time of checkout.

2, outpatient maternity fees [pay personnel] (social security monthly 1-20 acceptance)

Participating units, after declaring their maternity allowances, are required to declare the birth form 2 on the 5th-25th day of the same month, or else their declared maternity allowances will be deleted and maternity allowances will not be paid. Note: The above statements and copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit and the statements must not be altered.
