What should I do if I just joined the company and bought social security and want to resign?

Legal analysis: when resigning, you should apply to the employer for proof of dissolution or termination of labor relations, and then apply for transfer of social insurance relations. If you can't find a new company to accept the social insurance relationship, you can choose individual payment first, and then transfer the social insurance relationship after joining the new company.

Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employing unit shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract at the same time, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance for the employee within 15 days.
