However, at present, medical insurance has been offline from the websites of human and social departments at all levels, so the website of human and social departments no longer provides the inquiry service of medical insurance payment.

2. Mobile APP queries social security information.

Download and install the mobile APP of the provincial human resources and social security department where the insured place is located. After registering and logging in, click the social security payment inquiry and enter the payment year to be inquired, then you can inquire about the payment base, payment amount of units and individuals, personal account balance and other information of that year.

3. Alipay query query social security information

After logging in to Alipay, click Citizen Service, click Social Security Query and Medical Insurance Query respectively, enter the insured city, and click Year Query to query the payment information of social security and medical insurance, personal account balance of medical insurance, etc.

4. Inquire about social security information at the social security service site.
