The social insurance premiums that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the employer, and the employer shall inform me of the details of paying social insurance premiums on a monthly basis. If the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium for the employee in full within the specified time, the insurance will be suspended for three months if the employee is in arrears, and the company will have to pay a late fee of five ten thousandths from the date of arrears.

According to Article 60 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employer shall declare and pay social insurance premiums on its own, and pay them in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced.
