Fourth, raise funds.

Give full play to the advantages of collective economy in our province, and establish and improve the financing mechanism of new rural endowment insurance. The new rural endowment insurance fund is mainly composed of individual contributions, collective subsidies and government subsidies.

(1) individual payment. Rural residents who participate in the new rural old-age insurance shall pay the old-age insurance premium according to the regulations. At present, the payment standard is set at 100 yuan per person per year, which is divided into six grades: 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 400 yuan, 500 yuan and 600 yuan. Encourage qualified areas to formulate higher-level payment standards. Insured people choose their own grades to pay, and pay more. According to the requirements of the state and the increase of farmers' income, the province adjusted the payment grade in time. Allow local governments to explore effective payment methods according to system regulations.

(2) Collective subsidies. Conditional village collectives shall give subsidies to the insured, and the subsidy standard shall be determined by the villagers' committee. Encourage other economic organizations, social welfare organizations and individuals to provide financial support for the insured.
