How to handle social security for flexible employees in Haikou

(1) Haikou Flexible Employment Insurance

1. Log on to the website.

Log on to the website of Hainan Human Resources and Social Security Online Business Hall (/), click on the "Personal Business" link, and enter the personal service system of Hainan Provincial Social Security Department. Or log in to Haikou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, select "Service Hall" and click the link of "Personal Social Security Online Declaration" to enter the personal service system of Hainan Social Security Hall.

2. Register an account.

Click the "Registration" green button in the upper right corner of the "Personal Service System of Hainan Social Security Hall" page to enter the registration page, fill in the registration information and set the login password, and click the "Registration" blue button. After successful registration, click the "Back" blue button to return to the login page, fill in the login information, and click the "Login System" button.

3. Renewal of insurance for flexible employees

In the upper right corner of the login system page, click "Business Processing" to enter the business processing page, click "Renew the insurance for flexible employees" under "Business Processing" to enter the renewal page, select the insurance type (pension or medical care) that can be renewed, enter the start year and end year (only the date of this quarter can be entered), enter the basic old-age insurance payment base for renewal, click OK, a message prompt pops up, and click. Continue to run flexible employment payment verification to verify payment data.

(2) Precautions

1. Time reminder. Personal online declaration time is 1-25 every month.

2. Payment reminder. After the flexible employees renew their insurance online and verify the information, they should pay the fee at the Social Security Fee Collection and Management Bureau of Haikou Municipal Taxation Bureau (address: Taihua Road 18 Waterfront Changqiao Community Store) within this quarter, and cannot pay the fee in different quarters.

Three payment methods for flexible employees:

① Bring the insured's ID card and bank card to the service window to pay by credit card.

② Bring the ID card of the insured person to the service window to sign a tripartite agreement, which will be withheld and remitted by the bank.

③ Use social security card to open mobile banking, and pay through rural commercial bank's mobile APP.

3. Merge reminders. If the insured has two or more payment records, please apply for merger through the front desk window first, and then operate personal renewal business through online newspaper after merger.

Article 60 The employing unit shall declare on its own and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced.
