In recent years, we have always regarded the declaration and collection of social insurance premiums as the top priority. Especially in the year of 20xx, we closely focused on this theme, took many effective and positive measures, tried to find a way, set responsibilities, and took a multi-pronged approach to ensure that all pensions were collected in place and exceeded the annual collection task ahead of schedule. At the beginning of the new year, I held a general meeting of all staff and workers. At the meeting, the work objectives for the whole year were reasonably decomposed, the responsibilities were implemented to people, and the division of labor was clear. The working atmosphere with a burden on everyone's shoulders and indicators in their minds was realized, and a scientific and reasonable work responsibility system was formed. On this basis, give full play to the subjective initiative, strive for the support and cooperation of brother units, and take certain administrative restrictive measures against units that fail to pay or default on insurance benefits, effectively improving the situation of difficult collection. In the process of collection and promotion of debt settlement, all the staff of our institute faced difficulties and adopted the methods of combining door-to-door collection with door-to-door collection, telephone collection with collection, and insurance collection assisted by the competent bureau. Through this series of effective measures, they laid a solid foundation for completing the annual work objectives. In order to ensure the accuracy of fund settlement, we also issued a notice in a timely manner to urge the insured units to report the changes in personnel wages, and carefully reviewed the changes reported by various units. Through our unremitting efforts, a total of 210.02 million yuan of basic pension was collected and 0/0.923 million yuan of pension was paid. On the basis of seriously collecting and paying endowment insurance premiums, our bureau has also vigorously strengthened fund management to ensure the safety of the fund and realize the preservation and appreciation. Always adhere to the system of "special account storage and earmarking", and strictly implement the "three noes" principle of no stock trading, no loan and no guarantee stipulated by the ministries and agencies. On the basis of ensuring that retirees' pensions are paid in full, the surplus fund will be transferred to the bank in time together with the financial department on a regular basis, forming the characteristics of "three highs" in fund accumulation rate, value-added rate and safety. We have a strict internal audit system in fund raising, payment and financial management, thus putting an end to the "leakage" caused by human factors. In view of the situation that the pension is impersonated and the fund collection standard is not true, our bureau strictly checks the audit. We cooperated closely with the Personnel Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau and other units, refused to go through retirement procedures for those who did not pay pensions, and timely reviewed the living conditions of those who had enjoyed the support of government agencies and institutions, effectively curbing the above phenomenon. The annual on-site audit, daily audit, retirement survival audit and pension audit all keep the leading position in the city.
Face new problems and accept new challenges. In the process of changing "differential payment" to "full payment", our department has formulated a set of work plan in combination with the county situation, which has ensured the smooth development of this work. At the beginning of the reform, our department unified our thinking at the working meeting of the whole department, strengthened our understanding, and had a discussion with the responsible persons, managers and retirees of some insured units, so that they could correctly understand the significance of "changing the difference into the whole", won their support, and enabled the reform to advance steadily. In recent years, we have carried out pilot reforms in 234 units in the county, with a pilot rate as high as 75%, exceeding the assessment target issued by the Municipal Bureau. According to the characteristics and present situation of insurance work in government agencies and institutions, our bureau has sent special personnel to study carefully how to do a good job in personal accounts, and formed written materials, which provided scientific theoretical guidance for us to carry out this work. At the same time, we also learn from the advanced experience of enterprise insurance, combine our own reality, and make personal accounts according to the actual participation ratio, opening up a new way of fund accumulation.
As the saying goes, sharpening a knife does not miss the woodcutter. This tells us that if we want to do our job well, we must have excellent work skills, otherwise, our promise of "reassuring the leaders and satisfying the people" will become a joke.
