What materials do I need to bring to apply for the BOC Fujian Fuzhou Citizen's One Card?

The third generation of social security card (Citizen Card) in Fuzhou City, individuals through the Bank of China service outlets counter application required materials:

1, my valid identity documents and a photo (has received the second-generation resident identity card of the insured in principle do not need to provide a photo).

2. Valid identification documents: second-generation identity card or household register, passport, permanent residence permit for foreigners, Hong Kong and Macao Residents Entry and Exit Permit to the Mainland, Taiwan Residents Entry and Exit Permit to the Mainland, and Residence Permit for Residents of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

3, photo: a recent 1-inch front color headshot, the photo must meet the following requirements: the photo background is white, no border, a clear portrait, wearing dark-colored clothes with a collar (in line with the second generation of resident identity card photo information standards).
