How to handle social security for enterprises?
1. In order to facilitate employers to understand how to handle social insurance business, the main procedures for handling social insurance registration, declaration and settlement are introduced as follows:
1. Opening an enterprise social security account first is generally the information prepared by the labor and social security department of the jurisdiction where the enterprise is located.
1) social insurance registration form, on-the-job personnel change registration form and on-the-job personnel basic information registration form
2) Copy of industrial and commercial business license (or approval document);
3) A copy of the local tax registration certificate;
4) Copy of organization code certificate;
5) The recent salary roster of the insured unit;
6) Copy of the insured's ID card (migrant workers need to provide a copy of their household registration)
7) First-time medical insurance participants need to provide one-inch photos with red background (the second-generation ID card reader with social security belt does not need photos, but needs the original ID card).
2. Then transfer the social security relationship of employees who have participated in social security before to the social security account of the enterprise.
3. Print the payment details in social security in the first month of social security payment (details include employee name, ID number, payment base, etc. ).
4. Handle the social security withholding formalities entrusted by the same city (this is handled at the bank where the enterprise opens an account).
5. In the future, you only need to submit the insured increase or decrease form to the social security every month.
Due to the different information required for opening enterprise social security accounts in different places, the procedures for increasing employee social security are different, and the policies are often adjusted. The specific information required should be handled in accordance with the social security regulations of the jurisdiction where it is located.
Second, change registration.
When the following social insurance registration items of a unit change, it shall, within 30 days from the date when the social insurance registration items change, apply to the social security center of the insured place for registration of change: unit name, domicile or address, legal representative or person in charge, unit type, unified organization code, competent department, affiliation, and basic deposit bank.
Change of special payment card ICBC will complete the change of the corresponding information in the special payment card within 1 working days after receiving the above change information from the social security center. If the revised company name is inconsistent with our current basic account name, ICBC will contact the company directly.
Third, cancellation of registration.
If a unit is terminated according to law due to cancellation, dissolution, bankruptcy or other circumstances, it shall go through the formalities for cancellation of social insurance registration at the social security center of the insured place within 30 days from the date of termination.
1. Application materials (1) Original social insurance registration certificate; (two) according to the different situation of the unit, you need to carry the following materials:
1, a copy of the document on cancellation or revocation of the business license; 2, the relevant departments approved the dissolution, cancellation and termination of the copy of the document; 3. The bankrupt unit shall carry a copy of the document officially declared by the people's court to be bankrupt.
Copies of materials provided by the unit shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit.
Second, the special payment card cancellation unit fills in the Application Form for the Transfer and Cancellation of Social Insurance Payment (Special) Card, and after the approval of the social security center of the insured place, it goes to ICBC to handle the formalities for the transfer and cancellation of special payment card funds with the form and related materials.
